KTV Tolkencongres
On behalf of KTV, Appendee was asked to take care of the registrations for the sessions for the annual Interpreters Congress and to supply the interactive conference app.
Participants could indicate their personal preferences. The program consisted of four session rounds with 6 parallel sessions. The parallel session rooms offered different capacities. In addition, only 1 of the 6 parallel sessions could be selected per session round.
After submitting their preferences for the sessions, they immediately received a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of their personal preferences and information regarding the conference app with a personal login code for the app.
In addition to the (personal) program, speaker overview, interactive map, sponsor overview and list of participants, the conference app also offered a lot of practical information. This includes location information with directions, WiFi codes, accreditation information, etc.
Two weeks prior to the conference, people received the QR tickets by email and the request to check the personal information used for the personal badges. The QR tickets were scanned upon arrival, after which the badge was immediately printed. In addition to personal data, the badge was provided with a personal QR code that was scanned upon entry to each room. This allowed KTV to see whether everyone was present and who was ultimately entitled to accreditation.

SURF multi-event app
We have created a branded multi-event app for SURF. Within the branded multi-event app, participants can find various SURF events (including the SURF Education Days) and thus have access to all useful information about the event. In addition, participants are always aware of any changes to the program, they can easily find their way through the interactive maps and they keep a good overview of their personal program.

Dorel single event app
We took care of the registration for the 2023 Customer Conference of Dorel and created a branded single event app. In addition to a neat overview of their personal program, participants also had insight into their personal travel schedule, including flight details and transfer times. Participants were kept informed of any announcements and last second changes with news and push messages. The app will be reused next year.
Online conference
Labour Law United
Labor Law United is organized annually by various legal associations. Appendee facilitated the online environment. From De Fabrique in Maarssen, all presentations were shown as a live stream within the platform, where we graphically translated the identity of De Fabrique.
After the conference, all content was offered on-demand via the platform for a month.

EuroScience Open Forum (ESOF)
Appendee provided ESOF with a seamless connection between live and online participants. Both via the app and the virtual platform, people could find all sessions, make contact with each other, ask questions, participate in polls and even make a nice memory via the virtual photobooth.
Within the virtual environment, broadcasting of live streams, interactive webinars, on-demand video, interactive poster presentations, virtual exhibition floor with interactive stands and an integration with Photobooth Express and Wonder.me were used.
